San Diego County Crime Stoppers and San Diego Police Department Sex Crimes detectives are searching for two male subjects that are persons of interest in connection with a burglary of an occupied hotel room at the Holiday Inn Express located at 1955 San Diego Avenue in Old Town, San Diego.

On March 12, 2012, at approximately 5:00 a.m., two unknown male subjects entered a hotel room at the Holiday Inn Express while the male and female occupants were asleep. Once inside the room, the suspect(s) took cash, property, and rental car keys. Prior to leaving the room, one of the suspects sexually battered the sleeping woman.

Two unknown male subjects were later caught on surveillance video leaving the hotel in the victim’s vehicle. Pictures of the two male subjects are attached to this release.

Suspect #1: Hispanic male, early 20’s, medium build, wearing a baseball cap, hoodie jacket and pants (see attached picture.)

Suspect #2: Black male, early 20’s, medium build, wearing a pullover sweatshirt and pants (see attached picture.)
