Detectives Looking for Unidentified Felony Battery Suspect

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and detectives from the San Diego Police Department’s Western Division are looking for an unknown suspect wanted for felony battery.
On October 21, 2012 at approximately 1:44 a.m., an adult male (victim) was sitting in the bar area of Moe’s Bar and Grill located at 308 University Avenue in San Diego. The victim was talking to a female friend when an unknown male (suspect) got into a verbal argument with the victim. The suspect walked away, but returned a short time later and “sucker punched” the victim in the face. The victim’s jaw was broken in two places and was treated at a local hospital. The suspect was last seen walking out of the bar.
Suspect Description: Hispanic male, approximately 20-30 years-old, 5’-8” tall, black hair, brown eyes, stocky build, clean shaven, tattoos covering both arms up to biceps.
