Unidentified Suspect Wanted for Attempt Homicide
Up to $1,000 Reward Offered
San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the Oceanside Police Department are asking for assistance from the public to help identify and locate an unknown suspect(s) wanted for attempt homicide.
On December 13, 2012 at about 6:50 p.m., Oceanside police officers were called to the area of 4800 Siesta Drive in Oceanside to check the welfare of a Hispanic male. Officers discovered the subject was the victim of a crime and had sustained a serious head injury. The victim remains in critical condition and has not been able to communicate with police.
Investigators have now confirmed the victim’s identity as 40-year-old Humberto Flores Lozano, a Mexican national.
Investigators are asking anyone who may know Lozano, witnessed this crime, or know the identity or location of the suspect’s, to please contact Oceanside Police Detective TJ Dunn at (760) 435-4054. The qualification of any person(s) for the reward and the amount of the reward for any person(s) so qualifying will be determined by San Diego County Crime Stoppers, Inc, in its sole discretion.
